EverWebinar review

One automated webinar product, three ways to pay, and no feature ladder at all.

BRecommended with a reservation

The verdict

A capable automated webinar product that is hard to recommend at its own price, because the same company sells it cheaper inside a plan that also does live webinars.

Capability

Automated, hybrid and just-in-time sessions with a live chat simulator, timed offers, polls and surveys, registration pages with A/B testing, and email and SMS reminders built in rather than integrated, though it does not run live webinars.

30%8.0
Usability

The setup is longer and the interface older than the newer purpose-built tools, and the reward is that everything from the registration page to the follow-up sequence lives in one product.

Value

Unlimited automated webinars with no published attendee cap for ninety nine dollars a month on annual billing reads well until you notice that WebinarJam Basic is seventy nine and includes this product plus live webinars.

20%7.0
Integrations

Connectors for the main email platforms and a webhook, with CRM support as thin as its sibling product, and a single team member account where the specialist rivals give team seats away.

Support

Email and a knowledge base, with no phone or live chat channel published.

10%7.0
Trust

The billing options and the money-back guarantee are stated plainly, but the one dollar trial converts at the monthly rate rather than the advertised one and the page leans hard on savings framing.

Pros and cons

What works

  • Every feature on every billing option, with no plan to outgrow
  • No attendee or registrant limit published, unlike the tools that meter both
  • Email and SMS reminders are part of the product rather than an integration
  • Thirty day money-back guarantee

What does not

  • WebinarJam Basic at seventy nine dollars a month matches the two-year rate and undercuts the annual one, and includes live webinars on top
  • The one dollar trial converts at $199 a month, not the $99 annual rate
  • The two published low rates require $1,188 or $1,896 upfront
  • It does not run live webinars, so most buyers need a second tool

There is no feature ladder here. Monthly, annual and two-year billing buy the identical product, and the pricing page says so outright. What moves is only how far ahead you pay: $199 a month, $99 a month on a year paid upfront, or $79 a month on two years paid upfront. The from-price recorded here is the two-year rate because that is the lowest published figure, and it commits you to $1,896 on the day. The fourteen day trial costs a dollar and converts at the $199 monthly rate, not the annual one, which is the detail most likely to catch a buyer out. A thirty day money-back guarantee applies. No attendee or registrant limit is published anywhere on the pricing page, which is the opposite of how eWebinar prices, and one team member account is included. Figures were read from the USD pricing page.

In more detail

What EverWebinar is, and whether you already have it

Whether you already own it comes first, because for a lot of people that settles the question.

EverWebinar is included at no extra cost with WebinarJam Basic, Professional and Enterprise. It is not included with Starter, WebinarJam's $39 a month plan. So if you pay for WebinarJam, whether you already own this depends entirely on which plan you hold, and the cheapest one does not have it.

We got that wrong on this site until 30 August 2026, when we re-read the WebinarJam pricing page and found the phrase we had missed. The correction is why this page exists.

As a product, EverWebinar takes a recording and gives it the shape of an event. Sessions run on a schedule or just in time, a chat simulator fills the room, timed offers and polls fire at the moments you choose, and email and SMS reminders go out on their own. It scores 7.2 under how we rate and sits in the also considered group of our webinar software comparison.

It does not run live webinars.

One product, three ways to pay

There is no feature ladder here, which is rare enough in this category to be worth stating plainly. Monthly, annual and two-year billing buy exactly the same product, and the pricing page says so.

Monthly is $199 a month. Annual is $99 a month, and two-year is $79 a month. Both of the lower rates are charged in full on the day you sign, as a year or two of the product bought at once. What you get for them is not more software, it is a longer commitment.

Two things are missing from the pricing page that are present on almost every rival's. There is no attendee limit and no registrant limit anywhere on it. That is the opposite of eWebinar, which prices on exactly those two numbers, and it means an EverWebinar session that goes well does not cost more than one that does not. We record that as no published cap rather than as no cap, because absence from a pricing page is not a guarantee.

One team member account is included.

The arithmetic that decides it

Here is the problem with buying EverWebinar on its own, and it comes from inside the same company.

WebinarJam Basic is $79 a month on annual billing. It includes EverWebinar in full. It also includes live webinars for five hundred attendees, two hosts and two hour sessions.

EverWebinar alone is $99.

So the standalone product costs twenty dollars a month more than the bundle that contains it plus an entire live webinar platform. Unless you have a specific reason to hold only the automated half, that comparison is difficult to argue with, and no page selling EverWebinar is going to make it for you.

Against eWebinar

The other comparison worth running, because these two do the same job.

On price they are closer than they look. eWebinar Level 1 is $84.17 a month on annual billing and covers one active webinar and a thousand registrants a month. EverWebinar annual is $99 and caps neither. If you are running four automated webinars, EverWebinar is comfortably the cheaper of the two; if you are running one to a small list, eWebinar is.

On the product, eWebinar is better. The setup is shorter, the interface is newer, and its chat lets a real person step in and answer mid-session, which is the feature that decides whether an automated webinar feels like a service or a trick. EverWebinar answers with things eWebinar does not have: email and SMS reminders built into the product rather than pushed to an integration, and hybrid sessions where a recording plays while you handle the chat live.

Neither runs a live webinar. Both are second tools.

The buying experience

Three things to know before you click.

The trial costs a dollar for fourteen days, and it converts to $199 a month unless you cancel. Not the $99 annual rate the page advertises hardest. That gap is the single most expensive detail on the page.

The savings framing is heavy. Save $1,200 a year, save $2,880 over two years, sixty percent less than paying monthly. All of it is arithmetic against the monthly rate, and all of it requires paying a year or two upfront.

Behind that sits a thirty day money-back guarantee, which is a real backstop and more than most of this category offers.

Who should buy it

Skip the purchase entirely if you are on WebinarJam Basic, Professional or Enterprise. You already have it, and you should be using it.

Buy it standalone only on the two-year rate, where $79 a month matches what WebinarJam Basic costs, and only if you are certain you will never want a live webinar. Everywhere else the bundle wins.

Do not buy it standalone before pricing WebinarJam Basic, which costs less and does more. Do not buy it expecting a live webinar tool. And if the automated experience itself is what matters most, compare it against eWebinar before committing to a year.
