Capability

Full ad tracking and attribution for ecommerce, info, call-based, SaaS and agency businesses, with call tracking, conversions sent back to Meta and Google, an AI analyst and an MCP server for Claude. We compared documented features and did not run campaigns.

30%8.5
Usability

Hyros says setup takes about 15 minutes with one-click integrations and runs off your existing UTMs, and a setup team is included. Getting to the product still starts with booking a call.

20%7.0
Value

Impossible to judge before the call: one plan priced on the revenue it tracks, with no published figures. The results guarantee offsets some of the risk, and the automatically renewing term adds some back.

20%5.5
Integrations

Hyros claims to plug into almost every store, funnel, CRM, scheduler, email tool and checkout, and an API is listed. It publishes no count, so we scored the claim rather than a list.

10%8.0
Support

A setup team and an account AI analyst on every plan, plus documentation and a community. Even ClickMagick, on its own comparison page, reports that former Hyros users rate its support well.

SOC 2 compliance and a written guarantee count for a lot. Against them: no public price, automatic renewal with a 30-day notice period, refunds only on written request within 90 days, and mandatory arbitration.

What Hyros costs

No published price

Hyros has one plan with everything included, priced on the revenue it tracks for you and quoted on a 15-minute set up call. It publishes no figures.

ClickMagick's comparison page, citing hyros.com in October 2025, put prepaid annual prices at $2,760 for a business making $20,000 a month and $17,988 at $750,000 a month. We could not verify them on hyros.com.

The term is set in your order and renews automatically for the same length unless you cancel at least 30 days before it ends. Hyros guarantees better ad ROI or you do not pay.

In more detail

Hyros sells the tracking and the setup together

Hyros is ad tracking and attribution sold as a service. You book a call, get a quote, and a setup team connects your store or funnel, your CRM and your ad accounts. From then on Hyros attributes each sale to the ad that caused it, sends those sales back to Meta and Google so their targeting improves, and puts an AI analyst on your account.

It is built for businesses where one sale is worth a lot: info products, coaching, high-ticket offers sold on a call, and agencies running ads for them. Call tracking for booked calls and closed deals is part of the product, not an add-on.

Hyros scores 7.3 under how we rate. The service is strong. The way it is sold costs it points.

A price you only hear on the call

There is one plan with everything included, and no price on the website. Hyros says the price follows the revenue it tracks for you and is quoted on a 15-minute set up call, before you commit.

That is a reasonable way to price a product whose cost to run grows with your business. It also means you cannot compare it with anything until you have spoken to sales. The only figures in circulation come from a competitor: ClickMagick's comparison page, citing hyros.com in October 2025, lists prepaid annual prices from $2,760 for a business making $20,000 a month to $17,988 at $750,000 a month. We could not confirm them on Hyros's own site.

What the price buys is the part that sets Hyros apart: the setup team, the AI analyst, the Claude MCP connection and a guarantee. Hyros states it plainly: if you are not satisfied that your ad ROI improved, you do not pay.

Read the term before you sign

The guarantee is the headline. The terms of service, revised on 1 July 2026, are the small print.

The length of your contract is set in your order, and it renews automatically for the same length unless you tell Hyros you are cancelling at least 30 days before it ends. Prices can change at each renewal.

Refund requests must be made in writing within 90 days of the first charge. A renewal charge can be refunded if you ask within three days of it. A chargeback through your card company disqualifies you from any refund. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Texas, with a class action waiver.

None of this is unusual for business software sold on contract. It is unusual next to a competitor that bills month to month, and it is worth putting a calendar reminder 45 days before your renewal.

Security and setup

Hyros states that it is SOC 2 compliant, and Enterprise plans add SSO, audit logs and custom security reviews, which matters if a procurement team signs off on tools. It says setup takes about 15 minutes for most businesses, runs off the UTM tags you already use, and needs no developer.

On integrations it claims there is almost nothing it does not connect to, from stores and funnels to CRMs, schedulers and checkouts, but it publishes no count.

Where Hyros fits

Hyros is the specialist pick in our ad tracking software ranking, and the specialism is the sale that does not happen on a checkout page. Its pricing form asks which business you run, ecommerce, info marketing, call based, SaaS or agency, and its call tracking follows booked calls through to closed deals. For a coach or an agency selling a programme on the phone, that is the part of the funnel the other trackers here see least clearly.

It is also the only tool in the ranking that sells the setup with the software. A team connects your store or funnel, CRM and ad accounts, and an AI analyst is assigned to the account. The cost of that service is folded into a price you only hear on the call.

Who should buy it

Buy Hyros if you spend enough on ads that a few points of better attribution pays for a contract, if you sell on calls or at high ticket prices, and if you would rather a team set up the tracking than do it yourself. The guarantee lowers the risk of finding out.

Skip it if you need a price before a sales call, or if you want to test ad tracking for a month first. ClickMagick does most of the same tracking at a published monthly price, and our ClickMagick vs Hyros comparison shows where each one wins.
