Every price is published, including the one for going over
RedTrack is ad tracking for affiliates, media buyers and online stores, with the Conversion API on every paid plan. It tracks clicks with or without a redirect, runs on cookieless server-side tracking, and sends conversions back to Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Microsoft, X and Pinterest so their bidding works from your real sales.
What sets it apart in this category is the pricing page. Every plan, every add-on and every overage rate is on it, with no "contact sales" wall below the very top tier. Of the tools in our ad tracking software ranking, it is the one you can cost to the dollar before you speak to anyone.
RedTrack scores 7.8 under how we rate. The pricing carries it. The refund terms hold it back.
Two price lists, two units
The first thing the pricing page asks is which business you are, because RedTrack sells two products.
For affiliates and lead generation, plans are priced by tracked events, meaning clicks, conversions and postbacks a month. Solo is $169 a month for 5 million events and one user, Team $399 for 20 million and five users, and Enterprise $999 for 75 million and fifteen.
For online stores, plans are priced by tracked revenue a year. Brand costs $99 a month for a store tracking up to $250,000 and includes multi-touch attribution, the Conversion API and live chat. Agency is $599 at the same revenue tier.
Events and revenue are different units from the visitors ClickMagick counts, so the two cannot be compared line for line. Work out your monthly clicks and conversions before you pick a plan.
What the entry plans leave out
Solo is a complete tracker, but three limits are worth knowing before you choose it over Team. Support on Solo is by email, with a 30-minute onboarding session; live chat starts on Team at $399. Solo keeps 12 months of data, Team 24 and Enterprise 36. And Solo syncs ad-level spend every 60 minutes, Team every 30.
Faster spend sync is sold separately and priced by your monthly ad spend rather than by plan. On 27 October the 30, 15 and 5 minute options listed at $99, $199 and $399 a month for advertisers spending up to $150,000 a month, with a holiday discount on top. For most buyers the hourly sync on Solo is enough; for someone running stop rules on fast-moving campaigns, it is the add-on that matters.
Going over costs a published amount
RedTrack's answer to what happens above the allowance is the clearest in the category: nothing switches off. Overage is charged per thousand events at your plan rate, $0.035 on Team and $0.025 on Enterprise, and if you stay above the allowance RedTrack moves you to the matching plan from the next billing period.
That matters on a launch. A tracker that stops counting, or a vendor who prices the overage after the fact, can cost more than the plan.
The store plan that costs nothing
Relay is free for one store, with no card and no expiry. It sends server-side conversions to the ad platforms and syncs store orders, which is the part of ad tracking that most directly improves what Meta and Google optimise for. Its attribution is last click from UTM tags only, with no multi-touch, no customer journey reports and no ad-level spend sync.
For a small store whose main problem is the ad platforms missing sales, Relay may be all it needs. Brand at $99 is the step up once you want to see every touch before a purchase.
Refunds: almost none
The 14-day trial unlocks every add-on and keeps your setup when you subscribe. Use it properly, because the terms of use are strict after that.
Monthly fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. An annual plan can be ended on 30 days written notice, and is then recalculated as if you had paid the standard monthly rate, with any difference refunded. The only other route is an accidental automatic charge, refundable on request within 72 hours if you have not used the plan, once a year. The contract is with RedTrack Technologies in Cyprus, under Cypriot law.
One more thing to check at checkout. The yearly prices on the page in late October were a Black Friday offer of 30 percent off, kept at renewal. The monthly prices above are the standing rates.
Who should buy it
Buy RedTrack if you run paid traffic as an affiliate or media buyer and want the Conversion API, rules and overage on published terms, or if you run a store and want server-side conversions free on Relay or multi-touch attribution for $99 a month.
Skip it if you want to try a paid month and get your money back, because you will not. And if you are an affiliate buyer weighing it against Voluum, note that RedTrack includes the Conversion API on its entry plan and Voluum does not.
