The headline price and what it actually buys
EasyWebinar advertises from $44 a month, and that figure is where most comparisons of this tool begin and end.
Here is what it buys. Fifty live attendees per session. And zero automated webinar viewers, which is to say that the entry plan of a product sold on doing live and automated webinars together cannot run an automated webinar at all.
Neither of those limits is hidden. Both are printed on the pricing page. They are simply easy to read past, because they sit in a feature grid with two similarly named rows, and almost nobody reading a comparison notices that the rows are different ceilings rather than the same one restated.
EasyWebinar scores 7.5 under how we rate and sits in the also considered group of our webinar software comparison.
Two ceilings on every plan
This is the thing to understand about EasyWebinar pricing, and once you have it the rest is simple.
Every plan carries a live attendee limit and a separate automated viewer limit, and they do not move together. Launch has fifty live and none automated. Growth has two hundred live and a thousand automated. Pro has five hundred live and two thousand five hundred automated. Scale has a thousand live and five thousand automated.
So the plan you need depends on which kind of webinar you are running, and if you run both, on whichever ceiling you hit first. That is a more honest structure than it sounds, because automated sessions genuinely do scale differently from live ones. It is also the most error-prone plan ladder in this comparison, and the errors all fall in the vendor's favour.
What Growth costs and what it unlocks
At our anchor of a hundred attendees, Launch is out. The cheapest plan you can actually buy is Growth at $116 a month.
That reframes the product completely. EasyWebinar advertises from $44 and needs $116 to hold your audience, the highest of the plan prices at our anchor. No other plan price is higher, including Zoom, which comes to $80.83 once the Workplace licence it requires is counted alongside its $66.67 plan. Only Livestorm costs more per session, and it publishes no plan price to compare. For context at the same hundred attendees: WebinarJam is $39, GoTo Webinar is $59, and Demio is $80.
What Growth unlocks is worth something: automated and hybrid sessions, multiple presenters, and a thousand automated viewers per session, which is a larger automated audience than most live-first tools will handle. Pro at $198 and Scale at $349 take both ceilings further, Pro adding advanced analytics and integrations and Scale adding priority support.
One pricing note. Annual billing is offered as two months free rather than a percentage, and the page displays monthly rates, so the figures here are monthly. We do not publish a derived annual per month figure, because dividing an offer we did not see quoted is arithmetic on our part rather than a number we read.
Where EasyWebinar is genuinely strong
Having spent three sections on the plan structure, the product deserves its due.
Live, automated and hybrid sessions come out of one builder. That is rarer than the marketing in this category suggests. Demio puts automation behind its middle plan, GoTo offers a run-as-live recording rather than a real automated funnel, Livestorm bills every replay view, and eWebinar does not do live at all.
The automated viewer allowances being published per session, as numbers, is also better disclosure than most of this category manages, whatever you think of how the ladder is arranged.
Everything runs in the browser for hosts and attendees. Event pages, registration, reminders and replays are built in. Integrations cover the mainstream email platforms and CRMs, with webhooks and an API, and the deeper connectors sit on the higher plans. Support is email and chat, with priority handling reserved for Scale.
The seven day trial is full access rather than feature limited, which is the right way to sell a product whose plan ladder is this complicated.
Who should buy it
Buy EasyWebinar if you genuinely need live and automated webinars from one subscription, your automated audiences are large, and you are budgeting from Growth rather than from the headline. On that brief it holds up well against anything here.
Do not buy it because of the $44 figure. That plan runs a fifty person live webinar and nothing else. And if the automated half is what you actually came for, price Growth against eWebinar at $99 and against WebinarJam Basic at $79 with EverWebinar bundled, before deciding.
